By making a purchase via PayPal on this site, you agree to the terms herein, and to the terms set forth by Paypal.

All of our pieces are handcrafted using only the best quality materials we can find. Please keep in mind that we will make every effort to match accurately what you see on the website, but due to the inherent nature of gemstones, the internet and producing hand-made goods, slight variations will occur.

All orders will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. All of our jewelry is handmade, so please allow up to 14 business days, excluding holidays to produce it and ship it. If we cannot ship within this amount of time, we will contact you via email. If your order needs to be expedited, please email us at doris@stonedandbeautiful.com so that we may accomodate you. Overnight delivery is available on some items for an additional fee.

Any items damaged in shipping will be taken care by us as long as we are informed within 24 hours of receipt. Items damaged by misuse will be assessed on a case by case basis, plus any additional materials and labour should they be needed. If an item needs to be repaired and it is due to our craftmanship, then we gladly repair it for free of charge for up to 90 days after receipt.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction as a customer is important to us. We will gladly accept exchanges on items purchased unless it is a Custom order or on Sale. Custom orders and items on Sale may not be returned or exchanged. Any item being exchanged must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We do require that you email first for an Exchange Authorization number. Exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. www.stonedandbeautiful.com is not responsible for exchanges which are lost in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the package has some form of tracking.
